In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the sega4d platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sega4d platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the sega4d platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be an individual natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sega4d does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on sega4d or any other gambling platform affiliated with sega4d.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity, or as a professional bettor operating in a manner designed to defraud sega4d or other members.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of sega4d or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or service providers.

To access the full features of the sega4d platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on sega4d at any one time. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sega4d will never ask for your password through any customer support channel.
• Notification of Changes: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change, you must update your profile promptly or contact our support team for assistance.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting sega4d customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable security checks.

sega4d is required to verify the identity and age of all members before processing any withdrawal request. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard procedure across all internationally regulated gambling platforms and is designed to protect both members and the integrity of the platform.

When requested, you must provide the following documentation within 7 calendar days:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents clearly showing your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your sega4d Account, such as a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your registered name and account number.

sega4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All deposits to your sega4d Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits.
• Accepted Payment Methods: sega4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata — and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing Times: Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during regular banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may take longer due to inter-bank processing schedules.
• Platform Fees: sega4d charges zero fees on all deposits. Any transfer fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the member's own responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sega4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transfer will be declined and returned to the sender.

sega4d is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• KYC Requirement: Your Account must have completed KYC verification (Clause 5) before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until identity verification is confirmed.
• Processing Time: The vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including Indonesian public holidays). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, or to a registered payment method linked to your verified Account profile. sega4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Fees: sega4d charges zero fees on all withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Real-money funds and bonus funds are held in separate balance pools. Withdrawals may only be made from your real-money balance. Any active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before the associated real-money balance can be released for withdrawal.
• Declined Withdrawals: sega4d reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal pending additional verification where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide the required documentation.

sega4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Welcome Bonus: The standard welcome bonus is subject to a 20× wagering requirement on the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount. This means that if you deposit Rp 100.000 and receive a bonus of Rp 100.000, you must wager a total of Rp 4.000.000 before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Slot games (including slot gacor titles) contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute 10%. Togel draws contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates for individual games are displayed within each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active in your Account at any time. You may not opt into a new promotion until the current bonus has been fully wagered or forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: sega4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where abuse of the promotional system is suspected, including — but not limited to — bonus stacking, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between members.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be exchanged for real money except through the normal wagering process as described above.
• Eligibility: All promotions are available to eligible Indonesian members aged 21 and over only. sega4d reserves the right to exclude any member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

The following general rules apply to all wagers and game participation on the sega4d platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are available within the relevant game or market interface.

• Final Authority: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or togel draw, sega4d's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Void Bets: A wager may be voided where the event on which it was placed is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed to a natural conclusion. Voided wagers are returned in full to the member's balance as real-money funds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per wager are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by event, game type, and member account tier. sega4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual members without prior notice.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. Minimum odds per selection for mix parlay bets are set at 1.25. The maximum number of selections per mix parlay ticket is 12.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live in-play markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. A wager is only confirmed once sega4d's system has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed after the event has concluded — regardless of the reason — will be voided.
• Palpable Errors: sega4d reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a system or human error ("palpable error"). Members who knowingly exploit palpable errors risk permanent account closure.
• Casino Games: All casino games offered on sega4d use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are streamed live from licensed studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play). Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified by independent auditors.

sega4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. We provide the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard, to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals during your session informing you of your total session duration and net wagering position.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a voluntary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from sega4d. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and will result in the closure of your Account and the return of any real-money balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sega4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

sega4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business or commercial opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or acts beyond sega4d's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, government actions, or natural disasters;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including from the use of incorrect payment details or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sega4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the platform through another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Clause 3;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in relation to any sporting event on which wagers are offered;
• Laundering funds through the platform or using sega4d for any purpose connected to fraud, money laundering, or financing of any illegal activity;
• Exploiting palpable pricing or system errors as described in Clause 9;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sega4d staff or other members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any aspect of the sega4d platform's software or infrastructure.

All content published on the sega4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sega4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sega4d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from sega4d;
• Use the sega4d brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the sega4d platform on any other website or application.

sega4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://sega4d.cam/terms-conditions.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, sega4d will use reasonable efforts to notify active members via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sega4d is incorporated and licensed to operate internationally.

In the event of any dispute between you and sega4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in sega4d's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sega4d from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its members.
